    過去我只著重在呈顯出產品的優點 忽略了從客戶端的觀感或想法
    降低客戶失敗的風險 當然就會提高他們購買的意願

    在這裡我學習到如何提高客戶的使用意願 尤其在他們對產品不了解的情況之下
    就是去讓對方有試用的機會 讓他們不滿意產品就可以退費
